Refund & Return Policy
At FMparts.pk, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile accessories, mobile spare parts, chargers, cables, speakers, earphones, adapters, and electronic accessories. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Not be physically damaged by the customer.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Batteries
- Earphones & Headsets
- Chargers & Fast Chargers
- USB Charging Cables
- Bluetooth Speakers
- Power Banks
- Memory Cards & Flash Drives
- Sale, Clearance, or Promotional Items
- Products damaged after delivery
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the product packaging (if applicable)
After verification, FMparts.pk will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by FMparts.pk.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are:
- Damaged during delivery.
- Defective.
- Incorrectly shipped.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers must follow the return process after receiving the parcel.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The item arrived damaged.
- The product is confirmed to be defective.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returned items.
